ANDREW COLLIVER
MANAGING DIRECTOR
With over 30 years of financial experience, Andrew Colliver has a strong background in banking and agricultural finance.
He is the founder and director of a national SME loans provider and previously served as Head of Agriculture, Food, and Beverage for Southern Australia at a major bank. Andrew has global credit bureau experience, providing capital solutions to some of Australia's largest farming families and agricultural corporates.
He also brings hands-on farm experience, having worked on dairy, cropping, and sheep properties, as well as spending 12 months on a 1.2 million-acre cattle property in the Kimberleys.
DAVID GOUDIE
DIRECTOR
David leads the origination, deal structuring and portfolio management of agricultural investments at Roadnight Ag.
Previously, David was the Investment Manager at GO.FARM Australia, a corporate agriculture investor and developer, where he developed investment strategies and led the portfolio management for over $1b of assets covering almonds, winegrapes, olives, citrus, berries, cotton, grains and oilseeds.
David has practical hands-on farm experience from growing up on his family’s cropping and sheep farm in the NSW Riverina.
ANDRE DE KLERK
ANALYST
Andre brings a background in agriculture and finance.
Prior to joining Roadnight Capital, he gained extensive experience relief milking on multiple dairy farms in his home region of Gippsland and remains involved in his family’s sheep farm. He has also worked as an analyst with private equity and business advisory firms and as a policy adviser to a federal parliamentarian.
Andre is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) at Monash University.
